At MyShub, we believe your data belongs to you. We do not sell it. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not track you across the internet. We only collect what we absolutely need to run the platform — and we are transparent about every single thing.
💡 In one sentence: We collect your business info (what you choose to share), your approximate location (for analytics only), and basic usage data. That is it. Nothing more.
When you create a hub, you choose what to share:
This information is public — it is what customers see when they discover your business. Do not share anything you do not want the public to see.
When someone visits your hub, we detect their approximate location (country and city) from their IP address. We use this for:
📍 Important: We do NOT collect precise GPS coordinates. We do NOT track movement. We do NOT know your exact address. We only know the general city/region — the same information any website can see from your IP address.
We temporarily log IP addresses for:
IP addresses are NOT linked to your personal identity. They are NOT shared with third parties. They are automatically deleted after 30 days.
We track basic usage metrics:
This data is shown to you in your dashboard. It helps you understand what is working and what is not.

To delete your account, go to your dashboard settings. Deletion is permanent and immediate.
MyShub is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this privacy policy as the platform evolves. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or on the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
