1. Welcome to MyShub
MyShub is a business network and link hub platform operated by EML Tech Studio. By using MyShub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. What MyShub Does
MyShub helps sellers and business owners:
- Create a professional business hub with their catalog, social links, and contact info
- Get discovered by customers searching for businesses in their category and location
- Track analytics like visits, clicks, and referrers
- Connect their audience across WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
3. Account & Eligibility
To use MyShub, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate business information
- Not create fake or misleading profiles
- Not use MyShub for illegal activities, scams, or harmful content
We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
MyShub offers three plans:
- Free: Forever free. 2 custom links, basic features.
- Pro: ₦1,500 per month (approx. $5 USD). 31-day subscription.
- Premium: ₦3,500 per month (approx. $10 USD). 31-day subscription.
How Subscriptions Work
💡 Important: MyShub does NOT use automatic recurring billing. You manually renew your subscription when you want to continue. We do NOT store your card details or auto-charge you.
- Your subscription lasts for 31 days from the date of payment.
- When your subscription expires, your shop automatically downgrades to the Free plan.
- You can continue using the Free plan forever — your shop does not get deleted.
- If you choose not to renew, simply do nothing. No charges, no penalties.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
No Refunds Policy
💡 Please note: MyShub does NOT offer refunds. All subscription payments are final. Since our subscriptions are short-term (31 days) and manually renewed, we encourage you to try the Free plan first before upgrading.
Why no refunds? Because:
- Our pricing is low and transparent (₦1,500–₦3,500)
- You can fully test the platform with the Free plan before paying
- Subscriptions are short-term (31 days), so the risk is minimal
- We do not lock you in — you can simply not renew
5. What You Can & Cannot Do
You CAN:
- Create a hub for your legitimate business
- Share your hub link anywhere
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime
- Use analytics to understand your audience
You CANNOT:
- Create fake businesses or impersonate others
- Sell illegal products or services
- Upload harmful, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission
- Spam other users or abuse the platform
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt MyShub
- Use bots or automation to manipulate search rankings
6. Content You Upload
You own the content you upload (business info, images, links). By uploading, you give MyShub permission to display it on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images, logos, or text you upload.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Harm other users or the platform
You can also delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
8. Limitation of Liability
MyShub is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the platform running smoothly, but we are not liable for:
- Loss of data (please keep backups of your important information)
- Downtime or technical issues
- Disputes between you and your customers
- Third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) changing their services
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or on the platform. Continued use of MyShub after changes means you accept the updated terms.
